Get Started

Once you've decided that you are ready to sell your property, it's time to engage our team to act on your conveyancing.

Contract Preparation

We will prepare your Contract for Sale of Land and provide this to your estate agent, who can then advertise your property for sale.

Contract Distribution

The Contract is made available to potential buyers, along with other relevant property reports.

Pre-Settlement

We will work with you to ensure that all your obligations as part of your Contract are met before settlement takes place.

Sign/Exchange

Once all parties are happy with the sale price and the terms of the Contract, the Contracts can be signed and exchanged, and the settlement period begins.

Negotiate

Potential buyers will place a bid on your property and negotiate the terms of your Contract through their conveyancer.

Settlement

The balance owing on the sale is transferred into your account and the property ownership is transferred to the buyer.
