Sydney Conveyancing Services For Sellers
We’re your caring property law partners offering personalised conveyancing services and legal support for real estate sellers.
Trust our team to safeguard your interests and guide you towards a successful sale.
In NSW, residential properties cannot be advertised for sale until a Contract for Sale of Land (Contract) has been prepared and provided to the selling agent.
Given the terms of this Contract can be the difference between a good and an average sale, our team of passionate property lawyers and conveyancers will help you prepare the Contract and ensure your obligations are met and your interest in the transaction is protected.
From the initial consultation to the final transfer, our team alleviates the stress associated with selling your property by offering comprehensive legal advice that’s tailored according to your goals and instructions.

The NSW property Sale Process
Here is your real estate sales journey and how we support you throughout, from pre-sale to sold.

Get Started
Once you've decided that you are ready to sell your property, it's time to engage our team to act on your conveyancing.

Contract Preparation
We will prepare your Contract for Sale of Land and provide this to your estate agent, who can then advertise your property for sale.

Contract Distribution
The Contract is made available to potential buyers, along with other relevant property reports.

Pre-Settlement
We will work with you to ensure that all your obligations as part of your Contract are met before settlement takes place.

Sign/Exchange
Once all parties are happy with the sale price and the terms of the Contract, the Contracts can be signed and exchanged, and the settlement period begins.

Negotiate
Potential buyers will place a bid on your property and negotiate the terms of your Contract through their conveyancer.

Settlement
The balance owing on the sale is transferred into your account and the property ownership is transferred to the buyer.
