With over a decade of experience working on multimillion-dollar leasing and conveyancing deals, our founder, Sarah, established Sarah Walsh Conveyancing and Leasing to combine her big-business expertise with a boutique style of service that puts YOU first. Sarah Walsh – Principal Solicitor
Sarah Walsh is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Sarah Walsh Conveyancing, bringing over a decade of specialised experience in Property Law. Her career began in a boutique commercial law firm before progressing to one of Australia’s largest firms where she worked as a Property and Projects Solicitor. This breadth of experience laid the foundation for her client-focused practice, built on deep technical knowledge and a passion for guiding people through significant property transactions. In her role, Sarah assists clients with conveyancing and leasing matters, offering clear, professional advice and personalised support throughout each stage of their transaction. She values being able to walk alongside clients during major milestones—both the exciting and the challenging—and is continually motivated by the privilege of playing a part in such important moments in their lives. With a friendly, grounded, and highly professional approach, Sarah strives to make every client feel informed, confident, and supported. Outside of her work, Sarah treasures spending quality time with her husband and two young children, often reliving her own childhood adventures with them. Her personal and professional passions intertwine in her commitment to helping others, fostering connection and embracing the ever-evolving landscape of the property industry.

Caitlin Ireland – Property and Wills & Estates Solicitor
Caitlin Ireland is a Property and Wills & Estates Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in property law and estate planning. She assists clients with contracts for sale and purchase, leasing matters and estate planning advice. Caitlin began her legal career as a paralegal while studying law and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Known for her warm and responsive approach, Caitlin strives to be a calm and reliable presence for clients during significant life decisions. Based in Lismore, she enjoys cooking, knitting, and spending time with her husband and two children. She is also proud of her advocacy work with The Parenthood, where she has campaigned for universal childcare and appeared on The Project.

Jessica Rosenbaum – Conveyancing Assistant
Jessica (Jess) Rosenbaum is an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with over five years’ experience supporting clients through every stage of the property process. She manages matters from post-exchange through to settlement and takes pride in delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for every client. Jess began her career as a receptionist at a law firm in Cooma, where she discovered her passion for conveyancing. Since then, she has gained experience in both regional and city practices, working on a wide range of property transactions, including complex settlements and transfers. She is currently completing her studies to become a licensed conveyancer. Based on a 6,000-acre cattle and crop farm in Central West NSW, Jess enjoys the country lifestyle. Outside of work, she loves camping, hanging out with her family, tending to her veggie garden, and caring for her chickens.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah is a devoted mother of two and cherishes spending time with her family in Sydney's vibrant inner west.
Stephanie Smith
Stephanie Smith is an accomplished conveyancer with over 16 years of experience in the field. She began her journey in the vibrant neighbourhoods of Gladesville and Ryde in Sydney before making a sea change to the picturesque Central Coast in 2023. Stephanie obtained her conveyancing professional licence from Macquarie University and has since dedicated her career to guiding clients through the property settlement process. Stephanie's expertise and passion for conveyancing shine through in every client interaction. She firmly believes that there is nothing quite like the moment she gets to call clients and tell them they can collect the keys to their new home—a privilege she never takes for granted. Amanda Azzinnaro
Since 2012 Amanda Azzinnaro has practiced exclusively in Wills & Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Litigation and Family Law— areas of law that often carry deep personal significance and emotional weight for clients. Amanda's approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and practical legal guidance to help individuals and families plan ahead or resolve matters after the loss of a loved one in a timely and cost-effective manner. Amanda’s background in family law provides valuable insight into the complex and sometimes delicate nature of family relationships. This experience allows her to offer well-rounded advice in matters involving estate planning, inheritances, family provision claims, blended families, and estate disputes, particularly where there’s a history of separation or evolving family structures.
