Negotiate
While you negotiate the sale price with the seller, we will negiotiate the Contract terms on your behalf - subject to your instruction.

Pre-Settlement
We will work with you to ensure that all your obligations for the purchase are met before the settlement date.

Post-Exchange
Our team will perform a Stamp Duty Assessment and Verification of Identity (VOI) with PEXA.

Sign/Exchange
Once all parties are satisfied with the sale price and the terms of the Contract, the Contracts can be signed and exchanged, and the settlement period begins.

Settlement
On the settlement date, we will oversee the transferring of sale funds to the seller and the property ownership to you.
